Until further notice, our drivers may refrain from topping-up your myki onboard in the interests of safety.
We therefore encourage all of our customers to top-up before you travel.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and hope you will understand that your safety and the safety of our people always comes first for us.
Customers can top-up before you travel in a number of ways:
- At PTV hubs and premium station ticket offices
- Using myki machines at stations and other locations across the network
- In 7-Eleven stores
- Online, including if you have an Android phone you can access a digital myki called Mobile myki.
